Solar shades are chosen to block the UV rays from entering the house and reduce glare. The shades will allow for privacy at night because you will be able to see out but people will not be able to see in, during the evening hours though the effect will be reversed. There is the ability to choose day and night shades so that you can maintain your privacy at any time.
