Litt’s Plumbing has been family owned and operated since 1952 and for 60 years we’ve remained at the same location serving the Greater Cleveland area. Litt’s was founded by our grandfather Harry Litt and our father Joe Payner. We continue to uphold their reputation by supplying our customers with quality products as well as excellent service.

Jerry Payner President, Bathroom Design, Sales Jerry, a graduate of Ohio State University in 1972 with a Bachelors Degree in Business, has over 40 years of experience in the remodeling industry. |

Sandy Besunder Vice President, Kitchen Design, Sales Sandy, also an Ohio State University graduate, joined the family business in 1976 when he married his wife Pam. He is a Certified Kitchen Designer and holds a State of Ohio plumbers license. |

Pam Besunder Secretary/Treasurer, Sales & Customer Service Pam graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Education and joined the family business in 1982. |

Joshua Payner Project Manager, Marketing & Web Dev, Sales Joshua studied Business Administration/Labor Relations at Cleveland State University and Construction Management at CSCC. He is a fourth generation family member and has over 4 years of experience in the industry. |

Jordan Payner Service Manager, Parts Specialist, Sales Jordan is a fourth generation Litt’s family member with over 8 years experience in the industry. |

Cheryl Hauser Parts Manager, Sales Cheryl has over 12 years of experience in the plumbing industry and joined the Litt’s Plumbing family in 2005. |

Elise Masaoka Interior Designer Elise graduated from Virginia Marti College of Art and Design with a degree in Interior Design. She has design experience working on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. |
